Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of our clients.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All service bookings are subject to availability.
- A detailed proposal will be provided for all custom services, outlining menus, pricing, and specific arrangements.
- Confirmation of a booking requires acceptance of the proposal and may include a deposit as specified in the proposal.
3. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellation policies for services will be clearly outlined in your individual service proposal.
- Changes to a confirmed booking may be accommodated depending on the nature of the change and our scheduling availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
It is the client's responsibility to inform Plate & Petal Provisioners of any and all dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances for all individuals consuming the food prior to the commencement of service. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Client Responsibilities
- For in-home services, clients must ensure adequate kitchen facilities and a clean working environment.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules and methods will be detailed in your service proposal.
- Full payment for services is typically due prior to or upon completion of the service, as agreed upon in the proposal.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plate & Petal Provisioners strives to provide exceptional service. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
